This meditation is the help to discover the unmoving, unchanging silent space, the center in yourself.

The combination of 3 different techniques, slow movements with slow breathing, Vipassana Walk, and whirling in the end, enables you to come back to “Here and Now” to feel your body from inside.
Our body is the most close and direct expression of existence.
Diving deep into it, is the key to find the center in yourself.
