Tantric Meditation

(This meditation is a partner- or group- meditation)

The first stage consists of deep breathing and body movements to connect the primal life energy in your body. In the next stage this energy moves upwards into the chest, where you connect with the chest of your partner while both are swaying together. In the third phase you sit with the participating friends connecting hands and feeling the vibration of oneness.

In the fourth and final stage you sit alone, observing the energy moving in your body and just letting it rise higher and higher....
